FAQ
What is the booking process?
Once you’ve selected your date and we’ve determined your collection, I will prepare and send a agreement for your review. I ask that you return your signed contract within about a week to ensure your date remains available. Once I receive your contract and the 25 percent photography retainer, your wedding date is officially booked! The final balance is due four weeks prior to your wedding date.
Are your collections customizable?
Of course! I am happy to tailor any collection to best suit your celebration. Please email me your wish list and I will follow up with a custom collection for your review.
How many images are included in your packages?
You can typically expect 80-100 per hour of coverage and are a curated selection based on content and composition. We include only the highest quality images from each setup angle. Omitted images may include blinking, unflattering expressions, or blur. All final images receive color corrections and exposure adjustments before we present them in the online gallery.
Where are you based and do you travel?
I'm based in Phoenix, AZ and yes I love to travel! For in state photoshoots you'll be charged $0.58/mile for locations 20 miles outside the Phoenix area. Travel is not included in the pricing for my collections. As each wedding is unique, I love to learn about your destination and celebration before we discuss travel plans. We then customize a quote based on the location and number of shooting days. The travel quote is added to your selected collection, and we handle all of our own travel arrangements unless otherwise specified.
What is album process like?
After your photos have been delivered, I’d love your help in selecting photos to include in your album! From your online gallery you are able to go in and create a favorites list, these generally include about 70 images. Albums are customizable so you can definitely decide on more if you’d like. Once those are done, I’ll make the design and send it over to you for approval before submitting the order to my photo lab. All albums and wall art are handmade in Italy with the utmost care and quality. The typical turnaround time for albums is between 3 to 4 weeks, while the wall art averages 2-3 weeks.
What is the turn around time to receive my images?
For weddings and elopements my turnaround time is 4 weeks and for engagements sessions my turnaround time is 2-3 weeks for full galleries.
