Bryan + Amber
Bryan proposed to Amber in one of the most beautiful places in Arizona. Along the Desert View Drive at the Grand Canyon, this scenic drive has panoramic views of the canyon and the Colorado River. We knew for their engagement session that we had to go back to this special place. We entered the Grand Canyon Nation Park through the East Gate entrance and followed the road West. The Desert View Drive runs parallel to the canyon and offers numerous pull offs with look out points. We started Amber and Bryan's session near by in the woods. Amber wore a green velvet dress, red lipstick, a sparkly embellishment in her hair and faux finger waves. Bryan channeled his inner Peaky Blinders with his tweed suit, cap and pocket watch. Together they look like they stepped out of the roaring 20s.
For the second half of our time together I took Amber and Bryan to the edge of the Grand Canyon. When I say edge, I mean the edge. We found this breathtaking view of the winding Colorado River down nested at the bottom of the canyon. The views were absolutely fantastic and we weren't going to let them go to waste. These two were fearless and sat at the edge of the canyon so I could capture this image. I had the best time hanging out with these two and going on an adventure on a cliff in front of one of the most epic views in the United States.
